A thick, heat-retaining plate, powerful “U” burner and rugged stainless steel body deliver the speed, consistency and durability chefs expect from American Range.

- 3″ wide grease trough channels runoff to a 4½ qt stainless steel drawer—easy to remove & clean
- All-stainless exterior (front, sides, splash & landing ledge) stands up to daily abuse
- 4″ chrome-plated adjustable legs for quick leveling and a 12 9/16″ working height
- Ships Natural Gas ready; includes ¾“ rear gas connection, regulator & LP conversion kit
